Photo III - Advanced Photographic Projects

Building on Photo I and Photo II, this class offers an advanced exploration of aesthetic and content issues through the use of both traditional light-sensitive and digital methodologies. Advanced photographic techniques and equipment, including printing techniques, will be presented in response to each student's work. Continued emphasis is placed on research into the content and context of the photographic image and refinement of techniques and conceptual intent in contemporary practice through research, production, and critique, visiting artist events, as well as gallery and/or museum visits.
